Class FAQs

How do I sign up for a class?

Browse available classes on our Coaching & Classes page, select your level and time slot, and book online with secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details.

What’s included in a 4-session package?

Four 60-minute group sessions with a seasoned coach. Each session includes a 10-minute warm-up, 20 minutes of skill focus, 20 minutes of drills/games, and a 10-minute wrap-up. All levels follow a structured curriculum.

What if I miss a session?

One make-up session per package is allowed if you notify your coach 24 hours in advance. Make-ups are scheduled based on availability in another group at the same level.

Do I need my own paddle?

No — Dink4Rent provides loaner paddles for all beginner classes. For intermediate and advanced levels, we recommend bringing your own paddle, but loaners are always available.

Are the coaches qualified?

Yes. All Dink4Rent coaches follow our structured curriculum and are vetted for both playing ability and teaching experience. You can read reviews from past students on each coach’s profile.

What about seniors — is it safe?

Every senior session opens with a warm-up and closes with a cool-down — no exceptions. Level 1 teaches warm-up as a skill itself, and all levels include fall-prevention footwork, shoulder-safe mechanics, and self-managed pacing strategies.

Can I book private lessons instead?

Yes. We offer private one-on-one coaching in addition to group classes. Visit our Coaching & Classes page to browse private lesson options.

Where are the classes held?

Classes are held at partner facilities across Orange County, California. Specific court locations are listed on each class booking page.
