DINK4RENT REVIEW & CONTENT GUIDELINES

Our goal is to provide trustworthy, useful, and accurate information for the Dink4Rent community.

Reviews Should Be

Honest

Share genuine experiences based on first-hand interactions with rented equipment, booked courts, or coaching services.

Relevant

Focus on information that helps others make informed decisions about rentals, court bookings, and coaching.

Respectful

Criticize experiences, not people. Discrimination or derogatory language based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religion is not permitted.

Accurate

Provide factual information whenever possible.

Prohibited Content

The following content may be removed:

Fake Reviews

• Reviews for experiences you did not have.
• Reviews written on behalf of others.
• Reviews exchanged for compensation or incentives.
• One user may submit only one review per listing. Updated experiences should be reflected by editing your existing review rather than posting a new one.

Conflicts of Interest

• Reviewing your own listing.
• Reviewing a competitor’s listing.
• Reviews from employees, owners, or family members without disclosure.
• Employees who review their own employer must disclose their affiliation.

Harassment and Abuse

• Personal attacks.
• Threats.
• Hate speech.
• Bullying.
• Discrimination or derogatory language based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.

Illegal Content

• Criminal activity.
• Fraudulent conduct.
• Promotion of illegal services.

Privacy Violations

Do not post:

• Personal phone numbers.
• Home addresses.
• Financial information.
• Government identification numbers.
• Medical information.
• Photos of identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Images taken on private court property without permission.

Misleading Content

• False accusations.
• Deliberate misinformation.
• Manipulated photos.

Promotional Content

Reviews should not be advertisements.

The following are prohibited:

• Referral links.
• Promotional codes.
• Marketing messages.
• Lead generation content.
• External links to websites in reviews.

Outdated Reviews

If your experience occurred more than 12 months ago, please indicate the date of your rental or booking. Reviews of significantly outdated experiences may be removed.

Minimum Content

Reviews should contain enough detail to be helpful to other users. Extremely short reviews that provide no meaningful information (e.g., “Good” or “1 star” with no explanation) may be removed.

Photos and Media

Users may upload photos and media only if they:

• Own the rights to the content.
• Have authorization to publish it.
• Do not infringe copyrights or trademarks.

Photos must accurately represent the listing. Stock photos, watermarked images, or misleading visuals may be removed.

By submitting a review, you confirm it is your original work and not copied from another source or review.

Business Owner Responses

Listing owners are encouraged to:

• Remain professional.
• Address concerns respectfully.
• Avoid revealing private customer information.
• Disclose their affiliation when responding.

Enforcement

Dink4Rent may:

• Remove content.
• Edit formatting.
• Suspend accounts.
• Restrict posting privileges.
• Permanently ban users.

Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting Available upon request. Appeals are reviewed at Dink4Rent’s sole discretion.

Users may report content believed to violate these guidelines by contacting:

Dink4Rent reserves sole discretion regarding enforcement decisions.
